President
Fabio Massimo Grimaldi, born in Turin, after graduating in engineering in 1979, earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and has been a member of the Order of Engineers of the Province of Turin since 1980.
He has many years of management experience in private companies in the general construction and aerospace industries.
From 1987 to 2012, he was chief executive officer and general attorney of Impresa Rosso S.p.A.
From 1998 to 2005 Vice President of I.T.P. Agency for the Attraction of Foreign Investments in Turin and Piedmont.
From 2001 to 2006 he was president of MKTP – Marketing Territoriale S.r.l, a consulting, training and service provision company in the field of territorial marketing.
In 2001 he entered the aerospace industry, becoming president of ICARUS S.c.p.A., a company created to build and manage the Engineering Center in support of the ISS, International Space Station, where he remained until 2006, holding the position again in 2014.
From 2003 to 2009 he was a director of ALTEC S.p.A, whose shareholders are now Thales Alenia Space and ASI, the Italian Space Agency.
He also served as a director of the Piedmont Foreign Internationalization Center C.E.I.P. PIEDMONT, a company established by public agencies for the promotion of the regional territory and the internationalization of businesses.
Director from 2006 to 2009 of SITO S.p.A Interporto Torino.
From 2011 to 2014, he served as CEO of ENVIRONMENT PARK S.p.A., a public company that manages the science and technology park for the environment in Turin.
He is founder and CEO of FMG Strategy, a strategic business consulting firm.
Since July 2012, he has been a member of the presidency committee and board of directors of ANCE Lombardia-Assimpredil.
He has been a member of the Turin Aerospace District since September 2014.
Since December 2015, he has been a provincial councilor of Federmanager Piemonte.
He was Vice President of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confindustria and Turin Ambassador appointed by the Mayor for the 20th Winter Olympic Games in Turin 2006.
In 2014, he co-invented the “Plasma Sky” patent, the development of an industrial process using Plasma gas that can change the functional properties of the surface of ski insoles to improve their speed.
He has been president of ALTEC S.p.A. since May 2015.
